Services & Fees
NOTE: The state of Georgia allows notaries to charge no more than $2 per stamp. Additional fees can be set by the notary for travel and other expenses. Signing appointments where required parties and/or witnesses are not present will incur a flat $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. All parties must be present at the time of signing, and have a valid photo ID. Payment processed at time of appointment.
LOCAL TRAVEL FEE
For notary service in Greene and Putnam Counties, there is a flat fee of $30 for travel, plus $2 per notarized page.
OTHER TRAVEL FEE
For notary service in Morgan, Taliaferro, Oglethorpe, and Oconee Counties, there is a flat fee of $50 for travel, plus $2 per notarized page.
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS
An additional $30 fee will be added for signings that must be done on weekends & federal holidays. Weekends include Friday after 5pm through Sunday.
PRINTING & DOC PREP FEE
We are happy to print documents on your behalf prior to your appointment. The first 10 pages is free of charge. There will be a $0.25 per page fee for each additional page.
MAIL SERVICES
Notarized documents can be packaged, weighed, & shipped on your behalf based on the calculated shipping fee plus $10, which will be calculated at the time of signing and added to your invoice.
WITNESS FEE
If your documents require a witness, you can provide your own at no charge, or we can bring a reliable witness for a flat rate of $30.
Multi-Document/Package Services
If you are a real estate office or business and need multiple document packages notarized during one appointment, please note the fees below. All other fees listed above apply.
APPOINTMENT FEE
Your appointment fee will be based on your county and the travel fees listed above will apply.
DOCUMENT FEE
In addition to the fee of $2 per notarized page, you will be assessed a $15 document fee for each document package.
